First in a while - trouble in Cork

Written on 30/01/2007 at 22:36.

I am rather concerned about my family in Cork at the moment. My mother is even more stressed than previously, due to work, organizing the AGM of the science teachers' association, and caring for her father who is a widower since last August. Anne rang me this evening at 10:15pm to complain that our mother was being rather not nice to her. I'm almost certain it's a consequence of stress but Anne is so obliging and kind in all regards, and it hurt her a lot. I'm going to need to try and manage this to make sure things don't deteriorate further.
I am eternally grateful to whatever power ensured I would be living in Dublin from last September. I don't think I'd be able to cope with dealing with all the above-mentioned issues and live a life as well.
In my own life I have been doing the utterly forgettable Maximum Achievement Training with Brian Tracy International today and last Wednesday, and the final session will be next Tuesday. Instead of doing the course themselves, the facilitators assign parts of the modules to us to present. Aside from that, it's full of corporate buzzwords, Dale Carnegie, and other nonsense.
Halifax. Always giving you extra.
